Sarah Lee tried desperately to open the door, but it wouldn't budge. Suddenly, she heard a low growl from the other side of the door. She knew the sound all too well and gasped. "No...!" she cried and slammed against the door. She had to do something.
The creature slowly approached the professor, keeping it's distance, but staring at the man with it's glowing red eyes. True to the legend, the hellhound was indeed ghostly and pure black, blending in with the shadows so only it's eyes were visible.
Sarah's eyes began to glow as she stepped away from the door and placed her palm on it, calmly. Her crow cawed loudly, and as soon as it did, the door broke down.
The hellhound was gone.

Kyle whiped the dust from his eyes and face. "Man is it ever dusty in here." he said crossing his arms. "You have some explaining to do Miss Sarah Lee." he added coming up behind her.

Sarah Lee jolted and turned to face him, backing away a few steps. "Ah... um..." she started, but couldn't finish. How the hell was she supposed to explain the situation to him without sounding like a psycho? "Uh... you... just saw the Hellhound.... Professor... your life is now.. in danger...." she tried to explain, "and if you see this hound two more times, you will die..."
She was half expecting him to pull out his cell and call the mental hospital to have her checked out for mental stability.

Kyle sighed and held her hand. "Well I guess I better stick around you then. Seems you know more about this beast than even I do." he said a bit worried and yet he still smiled.

Sarah Lee was surprised that he believed her, but shook her head and suddenly remembered something very important. "Professor... take your shirt off, please... I know it sounds weird, but please cooperate..." she pleaded.

He went over and grabbed another shirt and took off his dusty one. He had a body fit for the army but never went because of all the volentiers that went in. But he had scars from other students wanting him dead because he was to smart for them. "Ok Im all yours." he joked trying to lighten the mood.

Sarah blushed but found she rather enjoyed the sight. She shook her head and turned him around, gasping quietly when she saw a black crow tattoo on his back. She traced it lightly, amazed. Now she knew why the Professor was able to see Alastor: he had a crow out there somewhere too, and he was one of her kind.

"Well?" he asked her feeling a bit awkward at her stair. Her touch made him shiver a bit but felt nice to the touch. He turned around looking at her into her eyes. Her crow landed on his head and pecked at him as if it knew his thoughts.

Sarah shook her head, snapping her out of her trance. "You have a tattoo of a crow on your back... it's no wonder you can see Alastor... you're one of my kind.... normal..." she inhaled, "normal people can't see him." Her gaze traveled, starting from his chest up to his eyes.

"I see. Thats why I could see that thing." Kyle said sitting at one of the desks. He put on the over shirt. "Well do you need a ride home?" he asked grabbing his keys.

"S-sure..." Sarah responded. "Um... would you like to stay for supper as well...? I live alone, so... it'd be nice to have company over for a change..."

"Sure sounds nice." he said taking her hand and leading her to his car. He helpped her in his car and drove them to her house.

Sarah felt herself shiver as she unlocked and entered her house. Alastor proceeded to perch himself on the stair rail, keeping his eyes on Kyle the entire time. Sarah slipped out of her baggy black sweatshirt, revealing a tank top underneath that was almost too low for her breasts and hung it up next to Alastor. "Okay," she said as she turned to Kyle, "this is kinda new to me, so what sounds good for supper?" She brushed a lock of her long black hair behind her ear and flipped it over her shoulder, revealing her pale neck.

Kyle locked his car and walked in with her. He grabbed one of her aprons and started to help her with dinner. "We'll make it together." he said winking at her.

Sarah Lee blushed and nodded a bit. "O-okay..."
After they had made and ate supper, Sarah let out a sigh and stretched. "Thank you for coming to supper," she said with a smile. "You know..." she played with a lock of her hair. "you're welcome to stay longer if you want. It gets a little lonely..."
Before she could finish, Alastor swooped down and pecked Kyle on his head.
"Alastor!" Sarah scolded the black bird when he perched himself on the small girl's shoulder.
